I'm Olessia Soldatov — a Sales Representative with Engel & Völkers Toronto City, and a proud resident of East Gwillimbury. My office is right here in King City, at 1700 King Rd, in the heart of the community I serve every day.

Before real estate, I spent years in law — working at several Toronto firms and developing the kind of precision, attention to detail and client advocacy that now defines how I approach every transaction. Real estate law taught me that the difference between a good deal and a great one is often found in the details most people overlook.

I work across all of York Region and Toronto — from luxury estates in King Township to first-time buyer condos in the city — but my deepest expertise is in the communities I know most intimately: East Gwillimbury, King Township, Aurora, Newmarket and the broader York Region corridor.

What sets me apart isn't a sales statistic. It's that I live here. My kids go to school here. I know which streets flood in spring, which school catchments matter most to families, and which neighbourhoods are quietly appreciating before the market catches on.
